SUPPORT

Care and support

The most common reason people give up on treatment abroad is not the price and not the method, but the fear of being alone in an unfamiliar city with no shared language. At this stage, someone who speaks Russian and knows what to do next stays with the patient the whole time.

STAY & SERVICE

Conditions that let you treat in peace

Ward conditions and service setup that give treatment days a basic level of comfort

Private room with a lounge area

Private rooms

A single-patient room with a resting area for the companion — room to be alone and recover.

The center’s team

Your own care team

A permanent medical team is assigned to the patient — the same faces from admission to discharge.

Oncology center building

Everything in one center

Diagnostics, board review, treatment and follow-up exams all happen in one center — no moving between cities.

“Life and Health” story-sharing center

SUPPORT

We talk with patients about more than the disease

The first center in Chancheng district where patients and doctors tell their own stories and can speak openly about what they are going through. Facing an illness, people need more than prescriptions — sometimes a place where they will simply be listened to.

CULTURE

How people are treated here

Not a service script, but the way this team has learned to work together over a long time

“Cancer is becoming a chronic disease”

We treat cancer as a long road with checkpoints rather than a single episode — so follow-up does not stop at discharge.

“We work together longer than with our own families”

A stable team is what keeps treatment continuous: the patient does not start over each time with a new doctor.

“Treat people as your own”

That is what separates an oncology center with a human dimension from a queue of patients.

COMMUNITY PROGRAMS

Help for those who struggle to afford treatment

Group-led public programs and ongoing community screening

The “Light of Life” program

Initiated by JANUSYN MED together with the Precision Oncology Center of Foshan Fosun Chancheng Hospital and set up with a charitable foundation, the program supports patients facing financial difficulty — first of all those treated on the CyberKnife.

Financial and human support

Beyond easing the financial burden, the program funds oncology research — so that help is not limited to a single patient.

Lung screening

In 2021 more than 3 000 screening exams for lung nodules were carried out, and about 4 000 more in 2022. The work runs on an ongoing basis.

Education and prevention

Monthly events for patients, outreach consultations in communities, and lectures on prevention and early detection of cancer.
